What can you do to protect your RV from rodents?

The obvious things are of course:

• Remove all food and paper items from the RV and make sure it’s clean.
• Park on concrete or some solid surface
• Go up, over, around and under your RV to make sure the tiniest of holes are covered.
• You can put down poison but then you have a horrible mess and smell to clean up when you open it in the spring.           
• You can put mothballs all over, sure they hate the smell but so do you when you open it for the first trip.
• Or you can cross your fingers and do nothing and hope that you don’t have a mess to clean up or possible costly repairs due to them eating everything in site and out of site like the wires in the walls.
