3R RV Service Center in Union, MO holds factory authorizations and certifications from over 60 RV manufacturers and component brands. Our RVTI Level 4 Master Certified technicians are factory trained to service, diagnose, and repair these systems using OEM parts and manufacturer-specified procedures. This means warranty-safe repairs, proper documentation, and work done to the standard the manufacturer intended.

When a shop is factory authorized or certified on a specific brand, it means the manufacturer has verified that the technicians have completed their training program and the facility meets their service standards. This matters because:
Warranty protection — Certified service keeps your manufacturer warranty intact. Uncertified work can void coverage on the systems we touch.
OEM parts — We use manufacturer-specified parts, not aftermarket substitutes that may not meet the same standards.
Correct procedures — Every brand has specific service procedures. A Lippert Schwintek slide operates differently than a HWH system. We know the difference because we're trained on both.
Documentation — Certified service comes with proper documentation that proves the work was done to manufacturer specifications.
