Nobody is asking you to up sell. We don't sell RVs. We fix them. You diagnose what's wrong, fix what's wrong, bill for what it takes to do it right. That's it.
You're not competing against the tech next to you. There's no leader board. No "why can't you be more like him." The goal is simple — make the shop better this month than last month. This is how service works. One team, one standard. That's how good techs become great ones.
You're not staying late because someone overpromised. Techs don't work weekends. Monday through Friday, you do professional work and go home to your life.
You get paid for doing the job right, not for doing it fast. No flat-rate hamster wheel. We price the work based on what it actually takes when you follow the procedure, test to spec, and document it. Do it right. Bill accordingly.
What You'll Work On
Aqua-Hot and Oasis hydronic heating. HWH hydraulic leveling and slides. Cummins Onan generators. Lippert everything — Schwintek, Slim Rack, Power Gear, axles, brakes, steps, doors. Dometic, Coleman Mach, Suburban, Atwood appliances. Magnum inverters, Zamp solar installs. Blue Ox and Demco tow systems. Carefree and Zip Dee awnings. Dicor roof systems. Newmar, Tiffin, Keystone, Heartland, Thor, Winnebago, Forest River, Fleetwood, Grand Design, Jayco, Entegra, and more. Class A, B, C motorhomes, fifth wheels, travel trailers, toy haulers, and horse trailers — from weekend campers to $800K diesel pushers. Over 60 manufacturer and component brand authorizations in this building. You'll touch systems most techs never see — and we'll train you on all of it.
What You Get
Competitive pay based on experience and certs. Monday through Friday, 8am–5pm. One hour lunch. Paid 15-minute break at 10am. No weekends.
Full benefits after 90 days — 100% paid by the company: Medical, dental, and vision. Not a contribution. Not a split. Paid in full. After 120 Days 100% Spouse and children are paid for.
Additional coverage: Long-term and short-term disability policies 100% after 120 days Cancer and critical illness insurance plus 20k life insurance.
Training and growth: RVTI certification training — paid for by the shop. Paid work time to train once enrolled. Manufacturer training from the brands we're factory authorized for. 100+ years of combined experience in the building to learn from.
Tools and equipment: You bring your basic hand tools — DMMs, meters, wrenches, screwdrivers and tape measure. If you want to invest in powered tools like angle drivers or nicer tools to make your day easier and faster, that's your call and your benefit.
We invest in the specialty tools that empower our techs to diagnose accurately and execute the work correctly. If the job requires something special, we supply everything needed to work on complex systems accurately.
Climate-controlled shop: Full HVAC — heated in winter, cooled in summer. 75–80 degrees year round. You're not freezing your hands in January or heat-stroking in August. You do better work when you're not miserable. Most shops don't think that matters. We do.
